What is this?

Whatever your goals, a fully individualized training plan can help you get there! A custom training plan includes: ➜20 weeks of training including running, cross-training (if desired), and core/strength/mobility specific for your goals, paces, and schedule programmed in Final Surge ➜45-minute initial consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth ➜30-minute follow-up consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth when the plan is delivered ➜1 round of revisions (if needed) Your custom plan will be delivered within 5 business days after our initial consult meeting. A $100 deposit is due when booking your custom plan consult meeting, with the balance due upon receipt of the plan. Custom training plans do not offer ongoing coaching support or coaching access; if you're looking for a custom plan with ongoing coaching support, you are looking for 1:1 coaching!

If you need to reschedule your coaching consult or exploration call, please email hello@runningexplained.co for assistance! No-shows will not be refunded.
