Custom Training Plans

Want a training plan designed JUST for you? More than just a pre-written downloadable plan, a fully customized training plan written by Coach Elisabeth specifically for YOU can help you continue working toward those big goals! 

Custom Training Plans include...

  • Up to 24 weeks of training including running, cross-training (if desired), and core/strength training/mobility work specific for your goals, paces, and schedule programmed in Final Surge

  • 45-minute initial consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth

  • 30-minute follow-up consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth when the plan is delivered

  • 1 round of revisions (if required)

  • Access to the HR Zones Masterclass

Your custom plan will be delivered within 5 business days after our initial consultation meeting.

A nonrefundable $100 deposit is due when booking your custom plan consult meeting, with the balance due upon receipt of the plan.

*Please note custom plans do NOT include ongoing 1:1 coaching support; if you are looking for customized programming PLUS 1:1 coaching support, this is offered in our 1:1 Run Coaching plans!
