Want a training plan designed SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU? A fully customized training plan written by Coach Elisabeth can help meet your exact needs and schedule in working toward those big goals! 

Custom Training Plans include...

  • Up to 24 weeks of training including running, cross-training (if desired), and core/strength training/mobility work specific to your goals, paces, race course profile, and schedule programmed in Final Surge

  • 45-minute initial consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth

  • 30-minute follow-up consult/meeting with Coach Elisabeth when the plan is delivered

​

  • 1 round of revisions (if required)

​

  • HR Training Decoded Masterclass ($79 value)

Your custom plan will be delivered within 5 business days after our initial consultation meeting.

​

A nonrefundable $100 deposit is due when booking your custom plan consult meeting, with the balance due upon receipt of the plan.
